Deliveries & Returns
All orders are carefully packed and sent out in 100% plastic free packaging. We sometimes re-use packaging, it may not look professional but it helps reduced our impact on the planet, which comes before anything else.
We use either Royal Mail or Hermes for our delivery services, depending on what you order and the size of the package.

Rest of the world
We don't currently offer a regular delivery service outside of the EU. However, we are more than happy to arrange a one off delivery for you. Just drop us a message.
Returns
Want to return your items - no problem at all.
Just send us a message, we might be able to sort it out first.
You will be responsible for returning the item unless there is a fault with the item. Please return the item(s) in the state you received it, not with any ketchup or Ribena stains on please.
Also, consider using a secure and tracked method of postage in case anything goes wrong.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your original payment method, happy days!
